31 Days of Praying for Your Future Husband.....Day #22

Day #22 Dear heavenly Father, I pray that my future husband  will practice forgiveness in our relationship and with others. I pray that he will recognize any roots of bitterness, and yield any resentment and unforgiving attitudes to You. In Jesus' name I pray Amen! (Eph. 4:32; Heb. 12:15)

What To Do While Waiting (Natural Preparation)

Hopefully we have all come to terms that we have to wait on God and are content with whatever His will may be for our lives. We know what to do spiritually while we wait for our husbands, pray, focus on God’s promises, devote ourselves in ministry and live in the present and not the future, but what can we do naturally?   In the last post I shared with you all that God laid on my heart in relation to the parable of the ten virgins and how He revealed that yes you are waiting, but in waiting there has to be preparation. Just like the five wise virgins prepared for the coming of the bridegroom by having extra oil in their lamps, we too must prepare spiritually and naturally for the man of God that He wants to bless us with. What To Do While Waiting.....(Spiritual Preparation)

So God says to wait… Wait for the husband, wait for the kids…So many thoughts come to mind, all the lonely Valentine’s Days, having to observe the happiness of all the other couples, and more importantly that feeling of loneliness. So what am I going to do while I wait? In this entry I want to deal with what we can do spiritually while we wait on our husbands. In the last post I emphasized the benefits of waiting on God, the five R’s, Refreshment, Restoration, Revelation, Renewed Strength and Redirection. When I thought about writing this posts, and through prayer and meditation the Holy Spirit laid on my heart the parable of the ten virgins.
