Single, Saved & Waiting....................

Blessings to all!  I hope everyone has been doing well and hope this short piece encourages you. When you are single and you stand in so many weddings you always hear this saying, "Always A Bridesmaid, Never a Bride." Now a days it doesn't even matter if you stand in many weddings, you may be just attending many weddings of friends jumping the broom. In any event, you are never the bride and sometimes we in our single states are happy for our friends to see how in love they are, but we also sometimes allow the enemy to allow us to become jealous and the self righteousness starts to come out. Why couldn't it have been me ?  She  hasn't been obedient to your word Lord ? She hasn't been keeping herself pure for her spouse ? Father their not even saved ? Happy April! I am so sorry I have been away for a while, but I am back by the grace of God. School got extremely hectic, but my thoughts and prayers were always with you! It's amazing how the page has received so much views and attention! Thanks for your support! So as we know this is the month that we commemorate the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ! We think about the love that kept Him on the cross for you and me. So for the month of April I am asking that we pray for three things: 1) Patience so that we can wait on God's timing. Happy August! We have officially gotten through seven months of the year of 2014 and for this we give God thanks and all the praise and glory! We are nearing the end of summer and some of us are going back to school, taking our vacations before going back to work. Also we have goals we have set at the beginning of the year that we are still trying to achieve before the year is out. So for this month I want us to pray for a few things. 1) Pray for Focus! Whatever goal you have set before you know that, Philippians 4:13 says, "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me."  2) Pray that God will show you His love for you! Romans 5:8 says, "B ut God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
