Prayers For The Month of August


Happy August!

 We have officially gotten through seven months of the year of 2014 and for this we give God thanks and all the praise and glory! We are nearing the end of summer and some of us are going back to school, taking our vacations before going back to work. Also we have goals we have set at the beginning of the year that we are still trying to achieve before the year is out. So for this month I want us to pray for a few things.
1) Pray for Focus! Whatever goal you have set before you know that, Philippians 4:13 says, "I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me." 

 2) Pray that God will show you His love for you! Romans 5:8 says, "But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." There is not a lover like God, and no one will ever love you as much as He loves you!

 3) Pray for Patience to wait on whatever you have asked God for. James 1:2-4 (KJV) says, "My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing."
Let's continue to pray, believe and trust in God!

Prayers For The Month of April

Happy April! I am so sorry I have been away for a while, but I am back by the grace of God. School got extremely hectic, but my thoughts and prayers were always with you! It's amazing how the page has received so much views and attention! Thanks for your support! So as we know this is the month that we commemorate the death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ! We think about the love that kept Him on the cross for you and me.
